ACT! 2011 won't synch Calendar w/Outlook 2010

We are running Sage ACT! Premium 2011 Version 13.0.401.0, Hot Fix 2.  Outlook is Version 14.0.5128.5000 (32-bit), part of Office Professional Plus 2010.  We have been unsuccessful syncing the Outlook Calendar with ACT for all but one user.  We can see no differences with that user's setup in Outlook or ACT.  All users are Remote Desktop users on Windows 2008R2.  The ACT database resides on a separate virtual machine "VACT".  After reading every blog in the universe and trying everything we can think of (including removing and reinstalling ACT - even though we know it was installed after MS Office), we're at our wits end.  The usefulness of ACT for our sales force is dramatically reduced if they must manage their calendars from Outlook.  We don't wish to sync Contacts.

You have two options. One is just to use 123 Synchronizer, you can download a trial version from their website and check that it works for you. 

 

Or you can try these steps below:

 

Since the built in Outlook sync is unreliable, try the following steps. Patch your Microsoft office to the latest version, if it is:

 

2003 SP3

2007 SP2

2010 ?

 

Then try the steps in this KB article.
