Yesterday, I installed ACT! 2011 Premium. It was ok. The Outlook synchronization worked fine.
Today I try to sync the ACT! calendar with Outlook again, but ACT! shows me an error message "Calendar Synchronization Failed".
How it is possible to correct this error?

I have found this as well for one of our customers.
When I updated to ACT! 2011 SP 1 Hot Fix 1 the problem was solved... for now. I am advising our customers to be cautious with this newly released functionality but I have some patient ACT! users who are going to keep me informed as to how the product performs. My advice is to sync from ACT! to Outlook for Contacts but not sync Outlook contacts to ACT! Calendar sync is bi-directional by default.

I believe there is no seperate sync log. Take a look in Windows event viewer and see if there are any entries in there regarding the failure to sync. There is mention in this forum of making sure redemption.dll is registered and try updating ot a later version of redemption.dll.

I checked the redemption.dll. I found it only in c:\programfiles\act\act for web\
And the redemption has version number is 184.108.40.2060. The file size is 4 199 424 bytes.
Also, I researched the Windows log and I found only one strange record:

ACT! 2011 PRemium for web.
Aslo, today I tryed to aplly hotfix 2. Nothing was happened and the problem is still appears. It's not possible to complete sync with Outlook..

It isn't clear if you are trying to setup synchronisation between ACT! 2011 Premium for Web as a client or your trying to configure it in the desktop interface on the ACT! Premium for Web Administration GUI at the web server itself. While the setup process is available on server side I don't know that it is supported or not. The intent is to allow for Outlook/ACT! sync at the client side so that the same sync experience that is achievable under ACT! Premium (desktop) is also available to ACT! 2011 Premium for Web clients. I haven't any experience in it to date.
From what I read, there may not be a lot of experience with this feature yet amongst the ACT! Consultant community. Probably best for you to contact Sage support to get advice.
