I am running an ACT database on a server for my company with 10 licenes. We recently ordered 5 additional licences. When I went to register them in the help menu it runs through just fine. Heres where it gets wierd. When I go into the Manage User window and it still says I only have ten active licences, and when I restart the program the 5 additional licenses disappear from the Activated Serial Numbers window.
I am activating the serial number online, but it doesn't seem to apply it to my database or save it when I reopen the program. Is this a bug or am I doing something incorrectly?
