Just to note that a number of ACCs and ACT Users in the UK are reporting problems with SP1. It is breaking the link with Outlook. Rolling back to Hotfix 2 resolves. As this has been reported by a number of people while others are saying it works fine I would advise waiting a few days while the situation is clarified.
