I have ACT 2011 Premium installed on a Windows 7 laptop (this has not been an issue on the other Windows 7 pcs)
For some reason, after several weeks, when opening ACT it says that it needs to be registered...which I have successfully done. So I register it again, and it's all set.
After several weeks, it will say the same thing....
How / why is it "losing the registration"?? This is on my bosses laptop and needless to say he is not happy.

Thanks - I did those steps when I first set it up.
Is there some other glitch?
