ACT 2011 Premium Sync Issues

Hello All,


     I have a client that has been having some sync issues with 2011.  They have ACt 2011 Web loaded on the server where the database is stored and 2011 Premium on the clients computers.  The clients also run Office 2007.  The client computer is setup to synch with Outlook 2007 and it seems to work when they first turn on the system but after some time it doesn't sync anymore.  If you try to manual sync you won't even see the bar come up showing the sync move along.  If they reboot it starts to work again.  Any ideas on how to trouble shoot this issue?  Is there anything that's needed to be done on the server side?  Thanks
