I installed the last update that Act 2010 had and then immediately took off their site due to it not working correctly. Sage never contacted anyone about this and now my database does not work correctly at all. Information is not syncing back and forth, when I go to do my advance queries the information is not pulling up correctly, nothing seems to be working right. HELP
VERY FRUSTRATING that ACT (Sage) puts out updates and software that does not work properly when we pay so much money for the software.

I understand that you have already been in contact with Technical Support regarding this issue. Please continue to work with Support and I am sure that a resolution can be reached.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
