We have a mix of users on Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2010.
Everyone needs access to ACT!, we currently run ACT! 2010, how can I get the users with Outlook 2010 to work with ACT 2010 or 2011?
We would rather avoid moving to ACT2011 as there is far too many bugs still outstanding!!
Any advise would be great.

ACT! 2010 does not support Office 2010, but ACT! 2011 does. If you need your Office 2010 users to have integration with ACT! 2010, you can try this add-on from one of our development partners: http://www.designr1.com/shop/act-word-2010/
Please note that after you install this add-on, Outlook and Word 2010 will not be specifically listed as options in the ACT! preferences. You would just select the Word or Outlook 2002, 2003, 2007 option for 2010.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
