ACT 2010 Premiun in Citrix environment users getting "The ACT! Address Book Service is not properly configured...."

Hello Everyone,

We have a new ACT Premium 2010 install where they are using a Ctirix
environment. Users are sporadically getting the message when opening Outlook
2003 that "The ACT! Address Book is not properly configured, or the
configured database is locked. Do you want to configure it now?" They can
click Yes and reset it up, but am hoping for a real solution to this
annoyance. They are fully patched for Office, too.

Thanks,

Jeff Bonell

Yes, it is all set up and working fine. It records history and will work great for a few days and then the prompt will come up again. We will go through the wizard to reconfigure(basically just clicking Yes and OK since it has the database and username remembered) and it will work fine for a few more days and then the prompt again.

Anything special about the users?  Permissions set correctly?  Do you have this problem with Admin user?  We have been Hosting ACT over Citrix for 2 1/2 years. This isn't one of the issues we have seen.
