ACT 2010 Premium "Access Denied" during installation

I have recently downloaded the ACT 2010 Premium 30 day trial to see if i want to upgrade. ( i know there is a demo online but i want to trail it with my database.)  The trail downloaded as ACTbySage2010premium.zip.  I used "Jzip" to unarchived the file.  When i double click "setup.exe"  I get a warning message about installing i click "ok" and then i see a progress bar for a split second (just long enough to recognize it), then i get a box that pops up and all it says is 'Access Denied". I have tried re downloading the .zip file but i get the same message with the new file.

 

I am currently running ACT 2007 v.9 (if that matters)

 

Any insights or solutions would be much appreciated.

I would suggest using WinZIP to extract the files. 

 

A warning, once you convert your database to ACT! 2010 you can't convert it back. Also because of issues that ACT! 9 had with a bug in the .NET Framework 2, to do the install of ACT! 2010 I would uninstall ACT! 9 first, restart the computer and finally install ACT! 2010.
