ACT! 2010 Premium database on Windows 7 computer continually unshares itself

Anyone seen a situation where each day the central database on one windows 7 machine becomes unshared and I have to run ACT! "As Administrator" to re-share it (if I don't "run as administrator" the option is grayed out) - my next step is to turn off UAC if it's actually on.

UAC = Unnecessary Acronym Creator.

Kevin,

We have seen this before.  Turned out the company had a tool that ran every night and unshared folders that hadn't been added to its approved list.

I believe it was their way of cleaning up after their users and trying to enforce their AD policies.
