We run 2010 ACT premium and the database resides on an enterprise server located in Toronto.
Half our users access this database directly ast hey are in office. The server is on Toronto time.
Half of us are in Vancouver and access through Citrix. When we access through Citrix we have time zone issues:
1. The times are all Eastern time (rather than Pacific)
2. When we enter an appt it automatically adds three hours to the start time.
3. When modifying any appointment it automatically adds three hours to the length!!
How do we get around these issues.

The time setting is a Citrix setting, not an ACT setting. Probably best to consult your Citrix guy. However, here is a Citrix KB that might help.
