ACT!2010 Premium Server Upgrade from MS Server 2003

We have been running a shared database on a computer running Microsoft Office Server 2003 and user/operator machines running Microsoft Windows XP & Windows 7.  We need to upgrade our server operating system.  We use the remote sync features as well as direct sharing over a network.

What conflicts if any can I expect to encounter upgrading to at least MS Server 2008 and is there a prefered server OS to use for this upgrade?  Thank you! JS.

I suggest that before any installation make a backup of the database, and copy this ZIP file in an external memory for more safety.

I suggest  Windows server 2008 service pack 2   (I have a Server Act! 2010 Premium With Server 2008 SP2 32 bit and it works fine)

Good luck.
