I designed a new Contact Layout where one field is DOB1 in which I enter birthdays. In the Groups layout I set up a new group (it was there already really) called Upcoming Birthdays. Under Add/remove Contacts I entered the parameters of the contacts which is Contact>DOB1>Within Next (days)>7>End. Although I have birthdays coming up no contact pops up - this Group doesn't work. If I enter the birthdays under the regular ACT! layouts (either one) and use the same criteria (Contact>birthday>Within Next (days)>7) it works. But, the birthday field (as it is under the layouts that come with the program) is inconvenient for me. I wonder why the Criteria I set up doesn't work.
