We just upgraded our company of 6 users to ACT Premium and so far are very disappointed. The program is very very sluggish and response time is endless.
Does adding more memory to the server upon which we run it through Citrix help and
Will Sage do a product update/upgrade that will make it faster?

Extremely slow is not a characteristic behavior of ACT 2010. Adding memory could help depending on what you have currently.
We offer ACT hosting over Citrix. If you would like to have a test account to log in and make a comparison, please let me know. We have found the behavior of the system to be nearly as good as having the program installed locally, sometimes better.

I would be interested in testing an account. Is it also possible to test using a copy of our database?
Finally what are associated costs.
