I am working in ACT 2010 Premium and need to change some contacts record managers. I am the administrator of the database and it is greyed out on everyones screen so we can not change the record manager.
How do I do this?
Also, I would like to link my record manager from my company to my contacts and when I go into define fields, there is not a record manager field. I tried to create one and it tells me it is already there?

What is the operating system where your are running the ACT! program from? The restriction may be caused by the Windows User Access Control (UAC).
Record Manager is a system field and isn't available for modification.

Just to clearify, I was refering to modifying the record manager field properties. The content can be changed to a different user.
