There is no ACT! address book available in Outlook 2007.
ACT! version: Premium 220.127.116.11, Hot Fix 1
In ACT! the e-mail settings is configured to Outlook and the address book is configured to <my database>.
In Outlook following is missing:
- ACT Icons missing from Outlook tool bar.
- Address book is missing from Tools > Account Settings > Address Books > New
The only ACT! component I am finding in Outlook is ACT! Outlook AddIn by Tools > Trust Center > Add-ins. And it is active.
I have tried all steps in following note but without any changes.
Are any have the same issue and know how to solve it?

If the ACT! Address Book is not an available option in Outlook, then the integration may damaged. First try running Office Diagnostics from the Help menu in Outlook. If that does not resolve, then try uninstalling and reinstalling ACT! to redo the integration.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
