ACT 2009 --import file not working.....

ACT 2009 --import file not working.....

I installed ACT Premium 2009 (ver 11.0.0.367) on a new PC and the program works fine EXCEPT

when I clik on install (under FILE).... nothing happens.

 

I get no options...nothing.....

 

I even tried the EXport button and nothing happens either..

 

Normally..i should get a WIZARD...

 

Please help

Hello alkaye,
If the new machine is using Windows Vista or Windows 7, try disabling User Account Control (UAC) from the User Accounts option in your Control Panel (will require a reboot). Also, are the Import and Export options grayed out? Or just not responding?

Hi....Windows XP....and its not grayed out...but does not respond
