I'm having trouble with an ACT! 2009 Premium installation on our new server. It is running Windows Server 2008 Standard (non-R2) 64 bit. I installed SQL Server 2005 from the ACT! CD2 which installed fine and created the ACT7 instance. I was also able to update it to SP3. However, now trying to install ACT CD1 it does not seem to recognize that SQL 2005 Standard is installed. It asks if I want to use SQL 2005 Standard or Express and tells me to install Standard from the second CD, even though I have already done so.
Any suggestions on how to get this working?
