I hope I can get some resolution on this. I have now had a few installations of ACT 2009 Premium for a couple of users where ACT apparently loses its registration information and requires me to re-register it. This happened occassionally with ACT 2005 and I thought Sage may have fixed this issue. One user had to re-register twice within a three-day period. Has anyone else experienced this? Any fixes available? I hate reaching our license limit in the Sage system since this requires me to call every time I need to install it for new users. Or re-register, as the case may be.
