ACT 2009 Premium Loses Registration - Reverts to Expired Trial

I hope I can get some resolution on this.  I have now had a few installations of ACT 2009 Premium for a couple of users where ACT apparently loses its registration information and requires me to re-register it.  This happened occassionally with ACT 2005 and I thought Sage may have fixed this issue.  One user had to re-register twice within a three-day period.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Any fixes available?  I hate reaching our license limit in the Sage system since this requires me to call every time I need to install it for new users.  Or re-register, as the case may be.

Have you checked this KB article http://tinyurl.com/fgykg, which may help?

Is this URL still available?  I went to it before and got a website error message.  Just tried it again now and get the same thing.

Got it.  Wow, looks like some major changes from 2005 to 2009 from what I can remember.  Maybe it's just easier to re-register it.  Doh!
