How do I view my email folders from within ACT! 2009?
I do not appear to be able to access the email folders from within ACT! and have to open Outlook to view all email traffic.
When I use the View Bar Icon it opens up a new email rather than displaying the email folders as in previous versions!
Using Tools - Options to setup Menu Bars and selecting the View Email also defaults to a new message and not to the email folder.

When you set up the email, you have the choice (when using Outlook) of which Email Editor and system to use.
The best choice (which you have selected) is to leave this to Outlook... this means that the emails are only in Outlook, and it's there you look at your emails
It might be an idea that, when Outlook is selected as the system, that they remove Email from the View menu
