ACT! 2009 / Outlook 2007 Object reference not set to an instance of object

I have 10 ACT! Users all using MS Office 2007 and ACT! 2009. We have recently upgraded to these platforms from MS Office 2003 and ACT! 2007. I have one users who is an intense ACT! User who when sending out emails is getting the error message "Object reference not set to an instance of object" . I have removed the ACT! Address book and the error goes away. I recreated the ACT! Address book and the problem reappears. I have attempted some of the fixes proposed by this forum (deleting the preferences.XML files and the USpreference.XML files) but I am still having this issue. Short of uninstalling it then reinstalling it I have tried everything I could think of does anyone have any suggestions?

I've seen this caused by a Windows profile issue.  Create a new local admin profile to test with.

I had a client run into this issue.  He uninstalled Office and then reinstall Office.  Make sure you reboot the computer after you uninstall the app as well as after you install the app.
