I have a lot of records in my company's database that have Free Form phone mask. How does one go about mass-updating these to the United States format I have set as default?
Also, what would cause ACT to allow these to import this way if I have United States as default? We have for several years.
I do not want to hear about a third-party app as this should be a built-in feature.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
