Hoping someone can help me with this error. Have a user on ACT 2009 Prem ST on a new machine.
She keeps getting the following error: "Error Creating Window Handle" when trying to schedule follow-up activities.
When she gets the error she needs to close out of ACT by ending the process in Task Manager and then reopening.
ACT and everything works fine for a while till she needs to schedule again after a couple hours.
I have tried un-installing .NET 3.5 SP 1, .NET 3.0 SP 2 and .NET SP 1 and reinstalling all the .NET frameworks and then reinstalling
ACT. This was what Sage Support recommended as this is a .NET 2 issue. We need the .NET 3 frameworks for their VOIP system.
Does any anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this problem as I have installed and re-installed ACT and .NET frameworks twice on this machine?
Have 40 users using a shared database and only this one user has this particular issue.
