A week or so ago we were at ACT 10.0.0.237 and all of our remote databases were syncing to the "server" install of ACT (Windows Server 2003). This setup did not require the application to be up and running, the service allowed syncs to happen.
We updated our version of the server to ACT 10.0.3.182 hotfix 1 and recreated all remote databases. We are now unable to sync using the network sync service. In order to sync our remote databases the network sync service must be turned off, the application must be up and running, and the "Accept Incoming Syncs" menu option must be checked. If the service is running when we check this menu item, it fails because the port is already taken by the service. If the application is closed, the syncs will fail. The network sync service shows as version 10.0.0.237 when looking at its "about" information, even after the update has been run.
Any ideas how to get our network sync service back?

Update the network sync service to 10.0.3.
