ACT!2008 Premium NL - Scheduler does not start on 2003 Server

ACT Scheduler from ACT!2008 Premium NL does not start on 2003 Server.

For ACT!2008 Premium UK the scheduler works perfectly on both XP clients & 2003 Server - NL version only on XP clients.

 

Is this a bug in the NL install ?

How to solve this ?

Do you receive any error message?

Do you have a "ACT! Scheduler" service on the computer?

Found the solution.

Removed everything (ACT & SQL) and cleaned registry.

Reinstalled in selective mode.

Copied all registry keys for ACT Scheduler (UK) into ACT Planner (NL) which was incomplete.

After a restart in normal startup mode, the ACT Planner was running as it should

Bleech... sounds like another of the translation issues where they've changed the name and parts of the product registery are looking for Scheduler and parts for Planner. why they do this in the translations is a constant bafflement to me and an issue for those in the regions outside North America
