Why no record was imported after importing from Outlook express. No error. Can we import Outlook Express Folder direct into ACT! group? Appreciate your help on this. TQ

Hello JChong,
ACT! is unable to import directly from Outlook Express. You'll have to export your Outlook Express contacts to a CSV or TXT file and then import into ACT!

What version of ACT! (the full build from Help | About)?

Outlook 2003, ACT 10.0.2.191 (from Help, About)
Click File/Import from ACT, Next. Select Outlook, Next,Contact Records, Outlook Contact, Next, Click Finish at the Contact Map. Process a while but nothing imported.

Turn off duplicate checking and try the import again.
Tools > Preferences > General Tab - Duplicate checking is located on the bottom.
