One of our customers reports that, all of a sudden, the web client does not show any information in the fields.
The strange thing is that the information is visible at the bottom of the screen instead of in the fields.
Same problem on all computers and users.
The only change done recently is that they have installed Excel.
Can it be that Excel have updated something that causes this problem?
They are using Windows XP SP3, Explorer 8 and ACT! 8.0

They finally found that it had to do with custom fields. Adding 2 custom fields to the layout was ok, but when they added the 3rd field all information in all fields disappeared from the fields and was displayed at the bottom of the screen.
