We've been using ACT 17.2 with Windows 10 for the last 14 months. After numerous issues with load bevahiour and template malfiunction for the first 5 or 6 weeks everything has been fine. However, during the last couple of weeks when printing from Quick Print the log to history window has disappeared and
so had the add-ins in the top bar in Word. Have now checked the load behavior values in the registry and all but one were set at 9 (I'm sure I left them at 3
In HKEY_CURRENT_USER ActOffice2007Addin Connect had fallen to 0. I reset to 3 but after opening Word once this had dropped to 0 again.

What version of Office do you have installed?
Have you checked in the Outlook COM add-ins options to ensure the Act! Outlook Add-in is enabled.
Microsoft have a table detailing the different load behaviours here.

Office version is 2013. Outlook COM add-ins are in place and enabled.
Seems odd that it was OK for well over a year and then things changed.
Having looked at the MS table it appears a loading issue might be knocking
the behaviour back to zero ??

Office can sometimes decide to disable add-ins due to things like slow loading on startup, however the user is usually prompted before this occurs.
I would suggest running and Office Repair to see if this helps the situation.

In a Microsoft document it states that if Outlook fails to load in a pre-set time 5 times in secession it will automatically disable the add-in which is very annoying to say the least.
