Can you please tell us if you have tested ouside of the compatability mode or if that is what you are investigating?

Hi again - Now done more testing and found client was using IE8. It seems it did work on V16. Now tested with IE 11 and all is working. I have seen other Consultants also reporting this on another thread so will add the question on what IE they are using as well and get them to report back here.

I have a client who has also proved that v17.2 doesn't work with IE8 so they're using Chrome.

So it is IE8 even in Compatability mode that gives the problem. Now I know it is not such a big deal to move people to a later IE version but a patch would be good. Maybe a warning with the SP2 download for now would also help.
