Trying to setup rules in Outlook 2013 to automatically attach emails to ACT! 16 as per this KB article
but the customized ACT! actions are no longer available in Outlook. Is there a new way in ACT! 16 and Outlook 2013 to do auto attach?

Thants a bit of a pain isn't it!
In light of no forthcomng solution I'll have to drop some of my office 365 users back to office 2010...
Currently investigating replacements for ACT! somthing cloud based and integrating more functions such as project management etc. Getting fed up with the clunkiness of ACT!
