Hello ACT Community,
I am trying to upgrade our ACT! by Sage Premium 2009 (11.0) Version 126.96.36.1997 to the new patch. I read a few articles and I am confused. What is the difference between patch 11.1 and hotfix1? Is it recommended that we upgrade? If yes, then to which one - 11.1 or Hotfix1?
We use both ACT! for Web (installed on the server) and Windows (installed on workstations). Do I use the same patch for both Web and Windows versions?

The 11.1 service pack now includes the hot fix. The Web and Workgroup updates are different. You can get the different updates from the KB article below.

I went to the downloads page on act.com - the 11.1 patch download for ACT Premium says that the hot fix in included in the file, but the ACT Premium for Web patch doesn't say it includes the hot fix. Do I have to download and install the hot fix that separately?
