New to ACT!.
Configured a user PC to use ACT! email client vs Outlook. We are transitioning from Goldmine, and all users use the GM email client. I would like to avoid using Outlook if possible.
The ACT! email client shows all buttons to be disabled except Send/Receive. Menu items on dropdowns are disabled as well.
WXP Pro. Control Panel>Mail brings up the Outlook 2003 configuration dialog.
If I additionally check Outlook in ACT! email preferences, the personal folder is added to the folder list, and the buttons are enabled.
