We have act premium on a remote server - we have to have the snyc to outlook in place so turning it off is not an option. When she clicks on the email she gets the error attached. Also it opens behind the current working window and locks her up.
I have told it to Allow Access, but it still comes up at 3 points in the process of sending just a single email. It has a box to "Allow Access For......." but the longest period is 10 minutes.
Is there a way to permanently allow this access?

Hello, Which version of Act! and Microsoft Office is installed on the computer?
The integration is done with Office Outlook or with Act! E-mail?
..
This warning may also be seen when you open ACT! E-mail. You can stop this by following the steps below:
..
3. Close and re-open the ACT! E-mail window. The Outlook warning message will not appear until you open an e-mail to view it.
