A lot of message about login failed

Hi,

 

I got a lot of message in the windows events viewer. the message is talking in about the login has failed.

here is the message from the viewer

 

Login failed for user 'sa'. Reason: Password did not match that for the login provided. [CLIENT: IP Address]

Login failed for user 'ACTADMIN'. Reason: Password did not match that for the login provided. [CLIENT: IP Address]

 

in between two of the error message in about. there will also have an error from ActSmartTaskService.

It was talking about "ProcessActivityClearedRecords Error for Host: [Server Name], Database: [Database Name], User: Operator -- Failed to open a connection to the database.

Hi there,

Are you able to access the database in Act? Are any errors occurring in the software itself?

Finally, i had fixed my problems by changing the SQL(ACT7) service account from "Local Services" to "Local System".
