Hello Everyone, I am having a few issues that seem to be bugs in Act V18 Premium for Web.
I have Windows 10 running IE 11.0.10240.16683. Turned OFF UAC.
Things that only happen in Google Chrome
Here are the steps I am taking:
1. Open a Contact
2. Select Opportunities Tab at Bottom of Record
3. Click on New Opportunity
4. Name opportunity, in this case I use 'Test Opportunity'
5. Click on Add Product
6. Choose any product and click OK
At this point The screen jumps back to "New Opportunity" instead of "Test Opportunity" and there is no

Contact is still in the contact I chose but in the opportunities below there are now 2 opportunities. The
one I added and one that was added by a bug in ACT. The opportunities are "Test Opportunity" and "New
8. Click on "New Opportunity"
There is nothing in it
9. go back to contact and click on "Test Opportunity"
the product I added is there.
So what has happened is that when I add a product in my "New Opportunity" it creates two opportunities:
"Test Opportunity" and "New Opportunity". The "Test Opportunity" is correct but I have to now delete
the "New Opportunity" This is a real pain when I have to add multiple products to one opportunity.
Things that only happen in IE
If I need to change the stage of an opportunity it does not update the opportunity. After clicking the drop down it does nothing and if I go out of the opportunity and come back the change is not made.
It will work in compatibility mode but if I run in compatibility mode it messes up the ACT screen.

Act! v18.1 has been released today. This includes a fix for defect D-04006 among many other improvements.
