8x8 is my new VoIP provider. I downloaded and installed 8x8 Virtual Office Act! Plugin so I can use the dialer function on my Act! Premium (web) ver. 18. It will not load. My employee loaded it on his Act! Premium ver. 18 (does not say web) and his 8x8 Plugin loaded just fine. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted... all several times over several days. 8x8 support said the Act! Premium (web) version may not be supported. Note: this is not the cloud based product. I host this product on my PC.
Has anyone experienced this, and if so can you offer any help?
