I have just started at a new company and they have ACT 2011 Premium.
one of the outside reps had to redo his laptop and as a consequence I must reinstall the client on his machine.
I belive that I have done this correctly using the regular disk not the web version. I then went to the server and created a syn database to install on his laptop using his (Profile ?) on the server..
I double click on the icon on the laptop and am able to install using the admin username and password but when i go to lookup/My record the admin information shows up rather than the users.
