1- Issue is targeted to be fixed in the next update. I currently do not have a release date.
2- Make sure all users are on hot fix 4. You can verify by going to Help > About ACT!
3- Increase timeout values on the server from actdiag.

I've increased the timeout as followed:
But we still keeps getting the timeout message.
We made the user first inactive and than we try to delete the user. We have 4 user who we want to delete but non of the users can be deleted.

1- Have everyone close ACT!.
2- On the server, restart SQL Service (ACT7) service.
3- Open the database on the server and attempt to remove the user.

I've done everything you told me, but still no results. The complete message is "Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior the completion of the operation or the server is not repsondig". I also ran all the repairs that are possible true actdiag. We can make the user inactive, but we want them to be deleted as login users.
