I recently upgraded from 2009 to 2010 Premium for Web and get the following error when clicking on "Lookup":
An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Error: 'document.getElementByld(...)' is null or not an object
I also get errors if I use the Lookup menu items. The only lookup that is working is to the left of the layout.

This error is caused by IE8.
According to Corporate Edge support Act 2010 does not support IE8. It is buried in a KB article for Act! Premium and not very clear for Act! Premium for Web.
There is no ETA on support for IE8 which was released 6 months ago.
