2009 Sync problem - Help please

Act! 2009 Premium

 

Suddenly having trouble syncing. Has worked for a long time and started getting errors 3 days ago. 

Have tried to do about everything in the Act Diagnostics, following article

We have other remote databases that sync without issue.

 

This is a remote subscriber database.

I would guess that the remote trying to sync has updated to a newer version of ACT! Check the version from Help About on all computers. ACT! must be running the same version and inline release on all computers and databases
