After I upgrade from ACT premium 2007 to ACT premium 2010, one user found all his old alarms come back. there are about 2000 to clear. Is there a quick way?
We tried to select all, but the loading takes forever.

It will take a long time, but look them all up on the Task List and clear them there as per this ACT! Knowledge Base article -
I'd also make sure all users are on ACT! 2010 SP1 + HF5 and that you run the ACTDIAG repairs - backup first
