According to https://plugindeveloper.actops.com, we need a login for npm.

I have created an account but still can not access to install the @act/plugins

 

npm set registry http://npm.actops.com
npm login
There is an error 503 at npm install @act/plugins

 

How do you expect people to start creating plugins for web if we can not login?
