Use API with Act Premium (non-Web)

Is it possible to connect to local API on Act Premium install on-premise for a custom development?

Thanks Mike

I installed Act Connect and tried to use the custom url in my code but how can I make a GET on /api/companies/{id} for example, like with web api? Doesn't seem to work with Act Connect URL.

Have you verified that the API hosting service is started and that the API can be access locally?  If the service is started and you still can't access the API locally, the acl might be blocking it.

You can open the URL like this.  Run this in the command windows (cmd).

    add urlacl http://localhost:80/ user=EveryOne
