I want to help close the loop on this. I will sync up with the development team that works on the core product to determine the issue, and see where it is in the queue for release. I do want to confirm that this is not an API issue, but rather an issue within Act! itself.
Once I speak with the team, I'll post a response on this thread highlighting next steps.

Hi Jeff, has there been any news on this? we have been able to support ACT! on Premise for years and years, but this limitation stops us for ACT Web.
