Our clients have been unable to connect to their database through the companion app since updating to version 20.1 update 8. We have tested the API though Insomnia and through the Act.Web.API/swagger URL and have both come back with '200 ok' and generate the correct Bearer Token. We are in a cloud environment and clients access the database through the Web or via a remote database, we have had no issue with either of these.
Every time we enter the details in the companion app we are getting the same 'URL is invalid' message although we know for a fact the URL is fine. Nothing shows up in the event viewer on the server that relates to this.
Has anyone had a similar issue and if so what steps did you take to resolve this?
