I have a furniture business selling online via Magento site. Our company is about to move from Salesforce to Act Premium to manage customers and use your email automation. I plan to build an in-house integration of Magento and Act Premium. Some fileds that I can think of:
- Shipping Address
Some more fields that we are considering. Can you tell me what are the APIs to help us build the in-house integration for Magento & Act Premium?
We are now using this extension to integrate magento salesforce. So we love to build the integration that have the similar features with that tool.
Can you guys tell me what APIs to build and how long it will take to create the integration tool?
- 1 month
- 3 months
- More than 3 months

Good to hear you are moving to Act! Premium, our Web API is a REST-based API should make it pretty easy to move data around. You can check out our latest API docs here: https://actforweb.actops.com/Act.Web.API/Help.
I should point out that both Act! Premium and Magento have Zapier apps, meaning you may not have to build anything at all:
If you are just mapping a few fields, I wouldn't expect that to take very long at all...

Hi, Magento is still on Zapier:
Which means it can integrate with Act! there as well.
I believe help->about in Act! should tell you the version including if it is Premium. To use the API and Zapier, you have to have an active subscription, so that's really what matters. It will work with Act! desktop, web, Cloud etc..

Just because Magento is still on Zapier doesn't mean that there is a bridge connector created. If you look through the Zapbook there is no ACT! product connector.
The client has version 19 and is premium, they also mentioned having a database stored so my guess would be with ACT. Since we know they have Premium can I get some API details for ACT! Premium? I didn't see a white paper or information on the ACT site.
Your help is appreciated.

Any application present on Zapier means Act! can connect to it (there's 750+). Zapier is the middleware, there's no need for bridging connectors.
If you look at the triggers, searches, and actions in each application in Zapier to determine what / how you can connect them together:
All API documentation can be found here:
But basically, you just need to have the API installed and configured correctly, so check out the administrator's guide.
