Importing the wrong country code from Zapier

Good afternoon all!  

 

I am having an issue with importing data into ACT! from Zapier.  It was working fine for months but recently when the zap sends the data to ACT it is adding a "0" to the country code for phone, mobile and fax numbers.  However when we import a contact or make a new contact, the country codes are fine.  I have set up the country code in the phone and mobile for United States and also put United States into the country codes for the address with no difference.  

 

Any thoughts out there?  Any help would be much appreciated!
