Been asked by support to post here as they do not support development of the API.
Basically the situation is we want to have some sort of custom table(under a seperate tab) under the opportunities that keeps track of external email and sms's that we send.
So for each opportunity we will send an email and SMS via clicksend and want to log it against the opportunity(As well as be able to update it with delivery/click status). This table would have columns columns such as id, type(sms/email), content, email_link, date/time, opened, clicked etc.
Is this possible with the API and which endpoint should we use? Is it also possible to create a custom view on the Act software to be able to display the data as well?
If not can anyone recommend alternative solutions?
