My company is considering upgrading the Act v18 and getting the Web API but we were hoping to have a bit more information about the Web API first.
Can you access Custom Entities with the Web API?
Or is it literally just the standard tables that can be accessed?
Any help would be much appreciated!
We are currently on Act 2013 Premium for Web (mainly using Act for Windows portion) and considered creating our own Web Service but if we can avoid that it would save us a lot of time

Best guess not before Q3. We need to address general metadata (pick lists), followed by define fields metadata, before we tackle custom fields. And we have a few other items queued up in Q2. Roadmap is flexible though, and we're quite sensitive to what you guys really need and opportunities opening up, and are prioritizing based off that.

I get them after a query, but I can't actually query them using odata. So I want to return all contacts where CustomFieldA eq 'hello world'.
This is critical for our business but as far as I can see, it's just not possible.
